RECEIVING AND WAREHOUSING
This includes receiving, storing, and processing of furniture and furnishings that you order for you or your clients that are shipped directly to us.
We can accommodate all your valuable items in our clean, climate-controlled, and secure, 24-hour monitored warehouse.

Items received undergo our standard quality control procedure which includes opening and inspection of freight for damage after receipt. Our experienced handlers can receive all types of items and have a trained eye to inspect for these damages, defects, or shipping errors.
Inspection for Damage
We will notify you of any damaged items to determine the appropriate course of action, or simply refuse freight. We will also assist you in finding trusted vendors for repairs if applicable. You will be required to file a damage claim form.

Our 30,000 SF warehouse is centrally located at 3723 Regent Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32224, near UNF, with convenient access to I-295. Receiving hours are 8:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday. No shipments accepted after 4:00pm

We receive a high volume of freight daily. OUR POLICY IS TO PROCESS AND INSPECT ALL ITEMS RECEIVED IN APPARENT GOOD CONDITION WITHIN 7 business days. Please keep this in mind when shipping items with an inspection window of less than 7 business days.

Please note that ALL FREIGHT MUST BE PREPAID, and we will not be liable for damages deemed manufacture flaws, or concealed damage due to shipping prior to receiving the items.
Disclaimer
When placing an order to be shipped to our warehouse please make sure to include your name + SIDEMARK (i.e. Love Interior Design/Smith). There is no need to include “The Delivery Source". This will help expedite our receiving and inventory process and allow us to notify you sooner of your items received.
